As Team Lead Quality Assurance, you and your team will ensure the quality of our purchased and self-manufactured products and ensure that defined quality requirements as well as the needs of our internal and external customers are reliably met. At the same time, you will actively shape the further development of quality assurance and contribute to the achievement of our quality goals. These are your tasks: * Leadership of the Quality Assurance team as well as planning, coordination and monitoring of daily business * Coordination of product tests, sample controls and laboratory analyses to ensure quality * Timely provision of electronically recorded test results, error analyses and laboratory reports * Processing of internal error reports as well as customer, material and fit complaints * Monitoring of standards and testing equipment as well as release or blocking of materials and products * Participation in quality goals, department development and process integration within the company. What you bring with you: * Training as a textile technician or comparable or higher technical training * Sound professional and industry experience as well as experience in medical technology * Fluent German and English skills; confident handling of MS Office, ERP and MES * Planning, organizational and problem-solving competence as well as presentation and moderation strength * High accuracy, reliability, independence, flexibility and responsible handling of resources * Strong communication, team- and conflict-capable leadership personality with a role model function, assertiveness, forward-thinking as well as motivation and delegation skills.
