Your tasks

• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and the surroundings
• You support the house services in all technical, electrical, and sanitary work
• You rectify malfunctions and carry out various repairs
• You assist with the smooth organization during moves and apartment handovers

What you bring with you

• Training as a specialist in facility management (Fachfrau/-mann Betriebsunterhalt) or equivalent
• You do not shy away from physical work
• With your reliable and exact way of working, you achieve even the highest goals
• You have a good sense for elderly people
