For our dog daycare in the Hundekompetenzzentrum St. Gallen, we are looking for an engaged and reliable

Animal Caretaker EFZ, 60–80 %

In our HuTa, very different dogs spend their day with us daily. Various breeds, characters, and needs make our work varied – and at the same time require attention, expertise, and a good sense for communication within a dog group.

On our approximately 750 m² large grounds, our indoor and rest areas, we ensure that our guests can spend a balanced and varied day.

What awaits you with us:

• Care and professional leadership of our dog group
• Administrative work
• Feeding and individual care of the dogs
• Cleaning and maintenance of the indoor and outdoor areas
• Independent completion of the daily tasks
• Exchange within the team and with our customers

What we wish for from you:

• You have completed training as an Animal Caretaker EFZ and feel comfortable handling different dog breeds and characters.

But even more important to us is how you work.

• We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, takes responsibility, and sees and completes tasks.
• You should be physically resilient and remain calm and confident even when several dogs require your attention at the same time.
• Respectful, clear, and loving interaction with dogs is a matter of course for us. At the same time, you should understand that working in a dog daycare does not only consist of cuddling and walks: cleanliness, order, and a sense of responsibility are just as much a part of it.

We are open to expanding your workload to up to 100 % with additional tasks around the dog. Depending on your strengths, your experience, and your interests, you can, for example, contribute to our dog school, puppy and young dog classes, or other suitable offers.
