Your mission:
At the heart of the customer experience, you contribute every day to offering an irreproachable stay by ensuring:
The maintenance and beautification of rooms and suites according to 4 and 5 star standards
The maintenance of common areas
Honoring the standards and quality charter of the company
Honoring hygiene and safety standards
Ensuring the availability and compliance of documents available to customers
Being attentive to the client while respecting their privacy
Collaborating within a close-knit team driven by exigency and quality
Your profile:
Efficient, fast in execution, flexible and available
Good physical condition, excellent organization, methodology, ability to adapt to the activity flows of an airport hotel
Team spirit, irreproachable clothing and personal appearance
Discretion, honesty, sense of detail and quality
Knowledge of cleaning products
In-depth knowledge of techniques for room turnover (check-out) and stay-over cleaning
French language mandatory
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE in 4-star hospitality, Geneva is a plus / 16 to 18 rooms per day.
