In this context of positive evolution, they have mandated us to search for their future Business Account Manager Services IT In this captivating role, you are responsible for maintaining and developing the right professional relationship with your clients who are SMEs active in a multitude of fields of activity and located in various French-speaking regions (within the framework of this position, mainly the canton of Fribourg and Valais). In this sense, you advise them, support them, and propose innovative IT solutions to them that meet their needs and improve their efficiency. Main responsibilities: * Manage and accompany an existing client portfolio * Guarantee a main point of contact between your specialist colleagues and the clients * Develop IT activities and projects within your accounts' structures * Understand the technological issues of your interlocutors and advise them on adequate and efficient IT solutions with the support of your expert colleagues * Ensure turnover, margin, and growth according to defined objectives * Identification and creation of new business relationship opportunities * Participation in various promotional activities such as exhibitions or forums Your profile: * You have several years of commercial experience in the IT sector * You know the French-speaking Swiss market, its players, and its functioning well * Ideally, you have an extensive professional network among local SMEs * You have good global knowledge of IT environments, in particular network and server infrastructure (ideally Microsoft) * You are an excellent communicator and know how to create long-term relationships of trust with your partners * Result-oriented and focused on individual objectives, you appreciate teamwork and close collaboration with your IT and sales colleagues * You are comfortable and independent in an agile SME environment * Curious, you like to discover new working methods and tools * You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of English You will have the opportunity to participate in the adventure of a company in full growth and transformation that has a multitude of captivating projects to offer.
