Medizincontroller/in, 80 - 100% # The Amt für Gesundheit ensures a high-quality and economically viable healthcare system in the Kanton Zürich. It guarantees seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zürcher population. The Abteilung Versorgungsplanung plans and controls the healthcare system in the Kanton. To this end, it purchases services as needed, monitors their provision, and promotes treatment quality. We are looking for a Medizincontroller/in, 80-100%, to start immediately or by agreement, for performance controlling, the further development of the SPLG system, and the substantive processing of the associated SPLG-Grouper software. Tasks ### In your function, you will actively shape the future of the Zürcher hospital landscape. You will monitor compliance with the performance mandates of the cantonal hospital planning in the areas of Akutsomatik, Psychiatrie, and Rehabilitation as part of performance controlling. You will further develop the requirements and criteria of hospital planning in general and of individual hospital planning performance groups (SPLG) and model them in the specially developed SPLG-Grouper. Additionally, you will work on projects for coordinated hospital planning and lead your own projects in your area of expertise. You will also represent the Amt in cantonal and national working groups and be in regular exchange with various experts. Requirements ### You have completed further training as a Medizincontroller/in and have several years of professional experience in this field and in a hospital. Ideally, you also have a university degree in Humanmedizin. You are very familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and have in-depth knowledge of the CHOP and ICD coding catalogs. You are skilled in analyzing complex issues, abstracting them, and transferring them into digital solutions. You quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas, work interdisciplinary, and convince with your structured, independent, and goal-oriented work. You are able to convey complex content in a target-group-specific and understandable manner. Furthermore, you have very good IT skills and a high affinity for digital applications. Knowledge of Spitalplanungsleistungsgruppen and French language skills are an advantage.
