To support our growing retail business True Society, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist (m/f/d), 100% for our headquarters in Zug, starting immediately or by arrangement. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for our social media channels in Europe. You will develop creative, platform-specific content, plan and coordinate our content, maintain interaction with our community, and continuously optimize our social media presence based on performance data and insights. You follow current social media trends, develop ideas for relevant content, and use AI-supported tools in a targeted manner to support creative processes and implement content efficiently. With your eye for detail and your understanding of visual storytelling, you will create content that reaches our target groups and authentically represents our brand. This role combines creativity, organizational talent, and project management. We are looking for a proactive personality who takes responsibility, works independently, and keeps an overview even in a dynamic environment. Your Tasks Create engaging social media content – including captions, texts, photos, and videos Plan, manage, and publish content calendars Research, procure, and coordinate User-Generated Content (UGC) Interact with our community on social media and ensure daily activity on the platforms Capture events as well as behind-the-scenes moments through photography and videography Monitor campaign performance and optimize content based on insights and key figures Support paid social measures and work closely with internal stakeholders Follow current social media trends and identify new opportunities and potentials Ensure that all content complies with our brand guidelines and is published on time and error-free What you bring 3 – 5+ years of experience in social media management for B2C brands Experience in the independent management of social media channels and projects Enthusiasm for social media and content creation as well as sound knowledge of the platforms Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest Strong skills in content creation as well as experience in producing high-quality photo, video, and platform-specific social media content A confident sense for target-group-oriented and creative copywriting Experience in using AI tools to support content creation and to increase creativity and efficiency Experience in using social media management tools such as Sprinklr or comparable platforms Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut Strong analytical skills and the competence to translate insights into concrete measures High quality awareness as well as exceptional care and accuracy Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently coordinate multiple priorities Quick comprehension, openness to feedback, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing.
