In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an instructional designer between 80 and 100% at our Lausanne headquarters to be the guarantor of internal and external training.
As an instructional designer, you are responsible for designing and managing Vaudoise's training and will join a multidisciplinary team of 5 collaborators.
The missions that await you:
Design and implement training adapted to the strategic and business needs of Vaudoise, in direct link with the company's objectives
Create varied and attractive learning paths (in-person, webinars, e-learning, educational games) and integrate them into the learning management system (LMS)
Produce and validate training materials (documents, videos, quizzes, interactive modules) while ensuring their quality and clarity
Accompany and advise trainers and business experts to help them effectively use pedagogical tools and methods
Evaluate the effectiveness of training by monitoring results and proposing areas for improvement
Ensure regular monitoring of new learning practices and technologies in order to enrich the training offering
Work in connection with HR teams, managers and business experts to build training solutions adapted to real field needs.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning by making training accessible and motivating for all collaborators
Your profile:
Higher level education in instructional engineering, educational sciences or equivalent field
Solid experience in pedagogical writing and creation of multimedia content (in-person and digital)
Mastery of Articulate 360 tools, LMS and e-learning and blended learning devices
Interest in pedagogical innovation and generative AI tools
Skills in evaluation and monitoring of learning (completion rates, transfer of skills)
Strong taste for complex technological environments and technical challenges
Minimum level C1 in French and B2 in German | English is an asset
Endowed with a true pedagogical sense and a strong "learner" orientation, you demonstrate rigor and creativity in the design of your training devices. You appreciate teamwork and collaborate easily with different interlocutors (business experts, trainers, managers, external partners) to create adapted and effective solutions. Your proactive approach, focused on innovation and continuous improvement, allows you to propose modern and engaging paths, contributing directly to the development of skills and the success of the company's projects.
