Nursing Specialist or Social Pedagogue 60 - 100% - SKI ##

On the inpatient crisis intervention, we treat adolescents and children who are in a crisis and are admitted to the clinic as an emergency. Our goal is to enable rapid stabilization for the children and adolescents. The maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Through an innovative and unique concept in Switzerland, we enable professionals from the psychosocial sector to complete further training as a crisis expert (Krisenexpertin/Krisenexperte) with us. The further training enables them to acquire new competencies and knowledge and to be able to apply them in everyday life with a high degree of independence.

Your field of activity ###

• Individual case responsibility for the assigned patients per shift
• Holistic, individual and resource-oriented crisis management in an interprofessional team of crisis experts and other professional groups
• Conduct of conversations, work with relatives and networking with parents as well as the helper network
• Holistic admission and discharge management including reporting
• Joint development of individual emergency plans with the patients

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson or Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge HF/FH, ideally with experience in a psychiatric environment
• Interest in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• A team player and reflective personality with high social competence
• Enjoyment of a varied, dynamic everyday working life as well as flexibility in dealing with changing situations
• You appreciate the variety of ward life and bring the willingness to work in early and late shifts
