Corporate Financial Controller (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for group-wide investment controlling as well as the operational controlling of the corporate group
• Active expansion of a reporting system adapted to the size of the company as well as the associated corporate controlling structures
• Preparation of budget planning and forecasts for the individual companies as well as the group according to HGB and IFRS in cooperation with the budget managers
• Preparation and evaluation of status reports, ad-hoc and variance analyses, as well as monitoring of key performance indicators relevant to management
• Independent communication with various management levels, cost center managers, and accounting
• Further development and implementation of transparent and qualitative concepts and analytical tools for the standardization of corporate controlling
• Continuous optimization of all planning, management, and control processes of the corporate group
• Completed studies in business administration, economics, or real estate management, ideally with a focus on Accounting, Controlling, or Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in a real estate or fund environment
• Proactivity, strong affinity for numbers, and outstanding analytical skills
• Confident and strong-communicating appearance in connection with extraordinary coordination and management competencies
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, ideally knowledge of LucaNet
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Proficient knowledge of the German and English languages in spoken and written form
