Further exciting facts about your future employer can be found at www.ansbach.care.   We are looking for a committed, motivated and empathetic personality as Ward Manager (100%) per immediately or by arrangement   Requirements • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH • Several years of professional and leadership experience • Psychiatric experience • Knowledge in RAI • IT user knowledge (CareCoach, Polypoint, MS-Office, etc.) • Personal responsibility and assertiveness • Commitment and resilience • Independent and careful way of working • Communicative and team-oriented competencies • Enjoyment of a demanding leadership role • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing   Responsibilities • Taking over daily responsibility • Technical and leadership responsibility for the subordinate employees • Conducting employee appraisals • Organization and leadership of team meetings • Personnel deployment planning of the employees • Need-oriented and economical management of the ward • Ensuring high-quality nursing and care • Material and medication management • Nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing documentation • Contact person for relatives, doctors, hospitals, clinics, authorities and suppliers • Organization of doctor visits, status meetings and individual meetings • Close cooperation with the nursing service management   AnsbachCare offers you an attractive and challenging working environment in an innovative and future-oriented company.
