For a successful company in an industrial environment, we are looking for a leader who combines operational responsibility with strategic thinking. In this versatile key position, you have the opportunity to further develop existing structures, drive changes and achieve sustainable success together with your team.

Your area of impact

• Leading the production with around 50 employees, including several directly subordinate team leaders
• As a leader, you accompany, motivate and promote your employees and create an environment in which initiative and cooperation are lived
• You specifically develop the production organization and ensure an optimal use of personnel, machines and resources
• With a trained eye for improvement potential, you question existing processes and implement effective optimizations
• You keep an eye on costs, quality, deadlines and performance indicators and derive the right measures from them
• You coordinate the cooperation between production, planning, logistics and other company areas
• In the face of operational challenges, you find pragmatic solutions and make clear, well-founded decisions

What distinguishes you

• At least 10 years of experience in comparable functions
• Your personality is strong in decision-making, sociable, versatile and systematic
• You bring a solid technical background as well as further training in a technical or business administration field (HF/FH)
• You know how to recognize operational contexts and include both economic and organizational aspects in your decisions
• Topics such as production control, Lean Management and continuous improvement are familiar to you
• You work independently, think solution-oriented and, if necessary, also help out operationally
• You communicate confidently in German and have English skills for everyday professional use
