Timber Construction Technician 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete management of timber projects, from study to final delivery
• Design and dimension structures by performing the necessary technical calculations
• Produce execution plans and technical details on Cadwork
• Analyze client needs and propose adapted and optimized solutions
• Organize and coordinate the various project stakeholders
• Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and on site
• Guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, standards, and quality requirements

Profile

• Training as a Technicien ES Bois, Technicien ES Charpente, Ingénieur HES Bois or equivalent training
• Experience in the management and realization of timber construction projects
• Very good command of Cadwork software
• Knowledge of construction standards and Swiss regulations
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
• Sense of organization, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Interest in sustainable construction and innovative solutions in the timber field
