We are looking for a committed person as KTZH - SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER / IT PROJECT MANAGER 80-100% starting immediately or by arrangement. How you can make an impact with us * Management and control of complex, cross-departmental IT projects from initialization to successful go-live * Responsibility for time, costs, resources, quality and risks as well as transparent reporting to decision-making bodies * Application of classical and agile project management methods ( HERMES, Scrum, Kanban) * Analysis and concretization of requirements together with specialist departments, IT and external partners * Development and implementation of future-oriented solutions in the area of digitalization * Participation in projects related to modern workplace solutions, cloud platforms, data and automation * Planning and accompaniment of public procurements and tenders (Simap) * Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders * Co-design and further development of methods, standards and processes in project management. What you bring with you * Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable higher vocational training * Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects * Project management certification ( HERMES Advanced, IPMA Level C, PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) or willingness to undergo corresponding further training * Broad IT understanding in the areas of cloud, M365, IT infrastructure and security * Advantageous: Experience or sound knowledge in public procurement (Simap) as well as in the SAP S/4HANA environment * Independent, proactive and responsible personality with a pragmatic way of working * Team player, communicative and persuasive personality with high social competence * Interest in new technologies, modern methods and digital transformation * Proficient German and good English skills.
