Real Estate Manager 80-100%

We are a real estate service company headquartered in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Gruppe. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a real estate manager immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of your own real estate portfolio (residential and commercial)
• Organization of property maintenance, coordination and placement of orders for repairs and damage cases
• Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
• Support for renovation and conversion projects

Qualification / Profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• preferably you have subject-specific further training (Real Estate Manager with FA) or three to four years of experience in real estate management
• good manners, resilient, persistent and good assertiveness
• high flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Precise and independent way of working
• Experience with RIMO R5 an advantage
