Following a request from one of our clients, we are looking for their future Industrialization Manager

Job Description ##

Your tasks

• Supervise, lead, and develop the Industrialization / Methods team in order to strengthen collective skills and performance.
• Define, pilot, and supervise industrialization projects for new parts as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guarantee the quality and reactivity of the price quotation process.
• Ensure coordination between the different internal services (production, quality, logistics, etc.) and external partners.
• Ensure the achievement of industrial performance objectives in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and internal procedures.
• Actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and to the improvement of the company's competitiveness.

We expect ##

Your skills

• HES Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in industrialization in the field of precision turning.
• Successful experience in technical team management and industrial project management.
• Good knowledge of demanding environments such as watchmaking and/or medical.
• Leadership, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Very good command of French and a good level of English (minimum B2).
