Your tasks:

As an installation dispatcher, you plan and coordinate our installation interventions and ensure that all necessary resources are available at the right time and in the right place. You act as the central interface between project management, installers, clients, and external partners, assuming in particular the following responsibilities:

• Planning and allocation of our installers, as well as coordination with subcontractors
• Making appointments with clients, in agreement with project management
• Organization of transport for material, tools, and aids, as well as accommodation for installation interventions
• Control of the entry of services for all installers (working time and expenses)
• Management of the vehicle fleet
• Support/replacement for after-sales service
