Your tasks

Advice and support of our customers and business partners from the appointment scheduling to the vehicle handover
Creation of cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
Responsible for smooth warranty processing
Initiation of suitable repair measures and monitoring of deadlines
Checking the completeness and quality of the performed work

Your profile

Completed basic training in automotive technology as well as, advantageously, further training in the commercial field
Initial experience in a similar function
Good MS-Office user knowledge as well as good English skills and further foreign languages are an advantage
Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
High commitment, teamwork skills and flexibility
Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
