Your tasks as a site manager in the SCS Storeconcept team In this versatile function, you assume responsibility for demanding store layout, gastronomy and interior design projects throughout Switzerland. Your main tasks include: • Autonomous management of retail, gastronomy and interior design projects throughout Switzerland • Preparation of project calculations and offers • Request and comparison of offers as well as contract awarding • Scheduling of deadlines and guarantee of timely project execution • Coordination and management of involved contractors and partners • Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines throughout the construction phase • Participation in the continuous optimization of internal processes • Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships • Support in acquiring new projects Important qualifications You are a committed person with technical understanding and organizational skills. Additionally, you possess: • Completed training in the construction sector • Further training as a site manager • Several years of experience in site management, ideally in retail or interior design • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management and construction regulations • Organizational talent, persuasive power and structured working method • Excellent communication and team skills • Good computer skills • Current mastery of German, both spoken and written • Knowledge of French and English is an asset Our offer for your career development You can expect a varied and responsible activity in a thriving company with short decision-making paths.
