Senior Physician / Lead Physician General Practice 70 - 100% Stäfa

As a Senior Physician or Lead Physician for General Internal Medicine, you will combine general practitioner patient care with medical and personnel leadership responsibility in Stäfa on Lake Zurich. You will lead the practice team consisting of physicians and Medical Practice Assistants, take responsibility for medical processes, and serve as the interface to the commercial management. At the same time, you will independently care for your patients across the entire spectrum of general practice medicine. The position is to be filled by arrangement at a workload of 70 to 100 %.

What awaits you in this role

• General practitioner activity including anamnesis, diagnostics, therapy, and prevention
• Professional and personnel leadership of the practice team, including recruitment and employee performance reviews
• Responsibility for a structured medical practice workflow as well as for the pharmacy, laboratory, and other practice infrastructure
• Interface function between the group practice and the commercial management
• Performance of minor surgical procedures as well as treatment of chronic wounds
• Participation in internal and external quality circles as well as the regional medical emergency service

What you bring with you

• Specialist in General Internal Medicine / Specialist in General Internal Medicine or an equivalent specialist title recognized by MEBEKO
• Several years of professional experience in General Internal Medicine or general practice medicine
• Leadership experience or a clear willingness to lead a medical practice team
• Experience in independent medical work and long-term patient care
• Very good German skills at least at level C1
