Assistant Finance, HR & Central Services (50–80 %) The Krebsliga beider Basel is a non-profit institution with advisory centers in Basel and Liestal. The main areas of work are counseling and support, prevention and early detection, as well as research promotion. For our Central Services department, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Assistant Finance, HR & Central Services (50–80 %) Your tasks As Assistant Finance, HR & Central Services, you hold an important hub function within our organization. You relieve the management in administrative and organizational matters and take on diverse tasks in the areas of finance, personnel, and administration. You support accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, participate in closing work, and create evaluations. At the same time, you accompany personnel administration from entries and exits to the management of holiday and absence overviews, as well as administrative support in the recruitment process. Additionally, you coordinate meetings and appointments, manage contracts and documents, and actively contribute to organizational tasks and internal projects.
