What you bring with you

• Training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Ideally further training or sound knowledge in dealing with challenging behavior, de-escalation, or aggression management
• Several years of professional experience in the agogical field with people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
• Consulting competence as well as an independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Interest and affinity for digital processes and tools

• Advice for clients as well as participation in complex agogical issues
• Development, co-design, and implementation of internal training and further education
• Ensuring and further developing professional concepts, QM documents, and agogical basics
• Active further development of the Agogics Department and introduction of professional innovations
• Collaboration in and leadership of professional projects and working groups
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as participation in quality assurance
