Introduction
We are a smaller real estate company based in Wollerau SZ and are looking for a real estate manager (80-100%) to complement our team.
About the job
Your tasks:
Independent management of a real estate portfolio (rentals and condominiums)
Organization of property maintenance, coordination and commissioning of repairs and damage cases
Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
Accompanying renovation and conversion projects
Backoffice
Your profile:
Completed commercial basic training
preferably federal diploma in real estate management and/or professional experience in real estate management
good manners, negotiation skills and organizational talent
independent and responsible working style
good IT and accounting knowledge (including W&W ImmoTop2)
very good expression in the German language as well as good English skills (spoken and written)
readiness for flexible working hours
driving license
