The IT Operations sector of La Fondation Armée du Salut Suisse ensures reliable, structured, and customer-oriented IT support for the entire organization. As a Service Desk collaborator, you are a central point of reference for IT requests, incident resolution, and the processing of service requests. You contribute significantly to the recognition of the Service Desk as a professional and competent service center on an organizational scale. Your field of activity You analyze and process incoming tickets in the ITSM tool, perform initial diagnostics, and resolve incidents independently or redirect them in a targeted manner. You assist internal and external users by telephone, remotely, or on-site and document all requests completely. You also analyze problems related to the Microsoft 365 environment and the network, support the team in complex cases, and actively participate in the optimization of processes and workflows in IT Service Management. What you bring You have completed training in the field of IT or an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in IT support. You work independently, in a structured, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in high-load situations. Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, switches, routers, and WLAN is required. You communicate easily in French or German and possess very good knowledge of the other language. Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, discretion in handling sensitive data, as well as the ability to coordinate several tasks in parallel characterize you.
