As part of the reinforcement of our team, we are recruiting a: Return to assistance Case Manager (100%) \- 12-month Fixed-term contract Salary class: 4 (this scale is subject to validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1) Location: Lausanne Start date: Immediately or to be agreed What you bring to our mission Through your administrative expertise, your sense of analysis and your interpersonal skills, you contribute to guaranteeing rigorous and equitable support for migrant persons. You play a key role in the evaluation of individual situations, the application of the principle of subsidiarity and the support of beneficiaries in their administrative steps, while ensuring respect for the legal framework and the procedures in force. Your key missions You analyze and process files in order to determine the right to benefits in respect of the principle of subsidiarity. You conduct return to assistance interviews and support beneficiaries in their administrative steps. You draft the correspondence and administrative decisions necessary for the processing of files. You ensure the administrative follow-up of the processed situations and contribute to the establishment of statistics and dashboards. You process requests received by telephone and by e-mail and direct beneficiaries to the appropriate interlocutors. You develop and maintain quality relationships with internal and external partners. Your profile CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar function or a close field. Knowledge of social insurance, an asset. Excellent analytical, organizational and synthesis skills. Solid communication and writing skills. Mastery of French orally and in writing.
