Do you want to use your expertise not only in control cabinet construction, but also help build complete machines and systems and accompany them during commissioning? For an internationally active Swiss high-tech company, we are looking for an automation technician who enjoys working diversely and appreciates technical challenges.

Your tasks ###

• Wiring of machines and systems based on electrical schematics and parts lists
• Electrical assembly and cabling of modules and components
• Modification and dismantling of switchgear
• Preparation and professional connection of cables
• Support with mechanical assembly work
• Assistance with testing and functional checks
• Assembly and service assignments at customers domestically and abroad

Your profile ###

• Completed training as Automatiker EFZ or a comparable basic technical training
• Experience in the wiring of machines, systems, or control cabinets
• Confident in reading and implementing electrical schematics and parts lists
• Manual dexterity and interest in mechanical work
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality

Important regarding the place of work ###

The activity begins at the current location in 4600 Olten. As part of the planned location change, your long-term place of work will be in Bubikon ZH from April 2027.

In order for the position to fit well into your everyday life in the long term, you should be able to reach Bubikon within approximately 45 to a maximum of 60 minutes. Additional benefits are offered for the transition period in Olten.
