You act as local support to production, you identify potential problems and implement the corrections to be made. You participate actively in the search for technical and organizational solutions by autonomously conducting continuous improvement actions for production and our processes. Your mission * Create nomenclatures and production and control operating sequences for our products * Draft technical files and various documents necessary for the production of components * Act in support of production by identifying potential problems and implementing the corrections to be made * Participate actively in the search for technical and organizational solutions by autonomously conducting continuous improvement actions for production and our processes * Analyze, define and implement manufacturing standards and processes Your profile * CFC in a technical field (drafter-designer or micro-mechanic), higher education as an ES Technician would be a plus * Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector * Knowledge in the field of turning would be an asset * Skills in process analysis, problem solving and change management * Mastery of common IT tools, knowledge of an ERP and CAD software (ProConcept and SolidWorks a plus) * Sense of responsibility, team spirit and ability to work autonomously with a good spirit of initiative.
