As Werkstattleiter:in, you are responsible for the operational workshop day, ensure efficient processes, the highest service quality and support the professional development of your team. For this position, a completed apprenticeship as a bicycle mechanic EFZ or a equivalent, recognized in Switzerland, is a mandatory requirement.
