YOUR TASKS

• You are our first business card: warm welcome by telephone, by email and on-site
• Check-in and administrative management of inpatients and outpatients
• Professional management of payments, mail, cash registers and internal processes
• Participation in internal processes such as on-call lists, employee offers or process improvements
• Collaboration with colleagues from different departments - always with the aim that our patients feel well cared for

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic commercial training and several years of experience at reception, ideally in a hospital or high-end hotel
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are indispensable, knowledge of Italian is a big plus. All other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers, stress resistance and a professional attitude even in busy situations
• Organizational talent, flexibility and IT affinity
• Openness to proposing your own ideas and actively contributing to processes
