We offer an interested and customer-oriented personality the following position as Real Estate Advisor ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Implementation and introduction of the real estate tool • Project and sub-project management • Advising and supporting customers • Analyzing processes • Resolving problems • Interface between management and IT Qualifications & Competencies • Completed business administration further education HF/FH or further education for the federal diploma as a Real Estate Manager • Several years of professional experience as a Real Estate Manager • Proficient knowledge of processes and procedures in the real estate sector • Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working • Service-oriented and communicative • Proficient IT skills (ERP knowledge), Abacus mandatory • Proficient German language skills Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a collegial and dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and wants to grow with its employees in the long term.
