Your tasks

• Creating judgment motives
• Participation in instruction
• Organization and/or co-design of internal further training
• Additional tasks as needed and possible

Your profile

• Lawyer (male/female) or jurist with a notary patent
• Preferably professional practice (advocacy and/or in consulting, in the field of tax law)
• Impeccable German skills and good French skills (written and spoken)
• Independent, expeditious, and service-oriented way of working
• Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality with strong IT affinity

About the Steuerrekurskommission

We are the bilingual court of first instance for tax matters of the Canton of Bern and primarily adjudicate appeals in the area of direct taxes. Our team consists of 2 full-time judges, 7 clerks, 1 book expert, and 3 employees of the administrative secretariat. Our premises are located in the city of Bern at Nordring 8 and are easily accessible by public transport.
