Maintenance Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the interventions of external service providers
• Manage spare parts (stocks, procurement and storage)
• Supervise, organize and develop the skills of the maintenance team
• Develop, optimize and drive preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Monitor and optimize maintenance costs while guaranteeing equipment performance
• Analyze failures, coordinate troubleshooting and conduct root cause analyses (RCA)
• Define and drive key indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and contribute to continuous improvement processes (Lean, 5S)

Profile

• Technical training (CFC) or engineering degree (mechanical, electrotechnical or similar)
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a production environment
• Experience in team management and activity planning
• Good mastery of maintenance management tools (type SAP PM) and performance indicators
• Analytical mind and sense of organization
• Mastery of French and good knowledge of English and/or German
