At our Baden location, we are building up a day-clinic, trauma-specific treatment offering. For this, we are looking for a:n Social Worker as of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement ## Your tasks ## • Management of a socio-psychiatric group offering • Collection of social history, goal agreement with patients, conducting individual interviews and regular review of objectives • Goal- and solution-oriented counseling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial aspects, housing, guardianship measures and family issues • Support of patients in contact with social insurance providers and other external bodies • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies • Participation in reports, team meetings and supervisions • Development of an informative offering for outpatient patients of the Ambulatorium für Traumafolgestörungen in a low workload (25%) Your profile ## • Degree as a Social Worker HF/FH or comparable training • Some years of professional experience, interest in the trauma field • Further training in social insurance is an advantage • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Open, motivated, responsible, resilient and team-oriented personality • We expect a basic attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients Our offer ## • Independent and responsible activities • Committed and cheerful team • Further training opportunities and employee benefits • 5 weeks vacation (from the 60th year of age 6 weeks) • Well-developed Occupational Health Management Further info on the advantages of Klinik Im Hasel AG as an employer can be found here .
