For the start of studies in winter (sem. 4) or in spring (sem. 15) in 2027, we offer   six study places for HF registered nurse ## Tasks ## HF nurses bear professional responsibility throughout the entire care process. They are responsible for the planning, execution, delegation, and monitoring of care measures. After gathering detailed information on care needs and patient needs, they develop a care concept. As a team, they implement care measures and monitor their effect and success. They carefully observe the evolution of the disease and the healing process. In the care documentation, they record the most recent developments daily and share their knowledge during shift reports and medical rounds. HF nurses regularly face demanding situations in their work: they assist female and male patients in various physical and psychological states and accompany people in all situations of life.   Requirements ## For the shortened training (start winter & spring), a specialist health diploma EFZ as well as an observation internship in an acute setting are required.    For the 3-year training (start winter), we are looking for people without a FaGe diploma, with the following requirements: • Diploma from a basic professional training of at least 3 years with a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) or • Specialized maturity certificate or gymnasiale maturity Our pedagogical support ## During your studies, you can acquire experience in nursing services of different disciplines at the Hôpital de Schwyz. You will be closely accompanied during internships by our experienced trainers in the nursing services. Throughout the training, supervision by a practical teacher guarantees the support of your individual learning process.
