MAIN TASKS ##

• Patient care respecting a high level of quality.
• Efficiently analyze and manage encountered situations.
• Ensure preventive, curative, palliative, and educational nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate in the organization of work and the smooth running of the department's activities.
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ##

• Hold the title of nurse ES or Bachelor of Science in nursing HES-SO.
• For a foreign diploma, Red Cross recognition is mandatory.

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Benefit from at least 2 years of experience in general surgery in Switzerland.
• Motivated, efficient, autonomous, and endowed with a keen sense of responsibility, you know how to demonstrate anticipation and are very organized.
• Great aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary work.
• Sense of priorities and good stress management.
• Interpersonal skills, empathy, and ease in communication.
• Availability and flexibility.
