For an architecture office with around 18 - 20 employees in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager / Architect 80 - 100 %.

The spectrum ranges from new buildings and renovations to large-scale developments to single-family houses, from preliminary design to interior architecture. You will take responsibility for high-quality residential projects and work in a collegial team.

Your tasks

• Project management and project processing from preliminary design to execution
• Constructive development and detailed planning
• Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
• Contact with the client
• Plan creation in Archicad 2D/3D
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and design
• Participation in interior architecture as required by the project

Your profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Sound construction knowledge
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Very good Archicad knowledge 2D and 3D
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Communicative, motivated personality
