Your tasks * You organize and support commissions for vocational development and quality in basic vocational training. * You independently implement administrative and organizational tasks in vocational development projects and work closely with the project management. * You plan and organize meetings and workshops, create documents and protocols, and keep an eye on deadlines and pending items. * You coordinate information and organizational processes with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth processes. * You take on your own work packages, prepare information, and ensure that documents are structured and available. What you bring with you * A completed vocational training; further commercial or administrative training is a plus. * Experience in organization, administration, or coordination -- ideally in an educational environment. * Proficient German and good editorial skills as well as knowledge of a second national language at level B2. * Enjoyment in working independently, setting priorities, and implementing things reliably. * Organizational talent, a meticulous way of working, and a good eye for the essentials. * Team spirit, communication strength, and flexibility, even when several tasks arise simultaneously. * Confident handling of Microsoft applications as well as digital filing, collaboration, and planning systems.
