Application questions instead of a cover letter Share What awaits you? ## • You analyze loan applications (new loans, loan increases, resubmissions) in compliance with regulatory requirements and approve them within the scope of your competencies • Processing of loan requests: Quality control of data entry and checking for completeness of documents, creation and control of real estate valuations, creation of contract documents, timely disbursement and redemption, filing of the fully processed electronic loan dossiers, settlement and repayment of loan positions. • Management of loan positions: Completion of pending items from automatic credit monitoring, data entry for balance sheet analyses, construction loan processing, mortgage master data management, collateral master data management, monitoring and execution of the dunning process for open items, support with quarterly closings and reportings • You advise and support the front-end units on all questions regarding loan cases • Detailed clarifications with loan advisors or third parties (e.g. authorities, pension funds, insurance companies) regarding loan processing What do you bring with you? ## • You have sound knowledge of the Swiss credit business and bring experience in credit administration or credit approval • You have completed banking training • You have experience in the field of real estate financing and real estate valuation • You possess an independent, exact, efficient and solution-oriented way of working and have joy and interest in administrative work in the credit business
