Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil, and Köniz. The offering includes elderly care in residential groups for the elderly – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups.### Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring individual and professional care and support, taking into account the individual needs of our residents
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on medical and nursing responsibility
• Participating in everyday life organization activities

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau:Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a comparable training with corresponding SRK recognition
• Empathy and strong social skills
• Professional experience and joy in dealing with elderly people
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, responsible, and resilient personality

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer

The Siloah-Verbund, with around 1'000 employees, is an independent and self-financed basic provider in old age and operates a geriatric medical hospital, three home locations, as well as two Spitex support centers in the Canton of Bern. The Siloah-Verbund wants to implement the concept "Integrated care in old age" holistically within its own structures and through partnerships. This is intended to make an active contribution to improving the organizational and geographical networking as well as the coordinative adjustment of the patient pathway of elderly people.
