Construction specialist as field service representative / Technical advisor
for the Eastern Switzerland market area (m/f)
Your main tasks:
Active sale of the entire product range
Consulting and support of existing customers (general and construction companies, architects, plasterer and painter businesses)
Acquisition of new customers
Active project processing
Management and active maintenance of the project processing system
Comprehensive product and application advice as well as support with estimation and in the quoting process
Monitoring of accounts receivable
Consolidation and promotion of the market position within the framework of sales activities
Own deployment planning and approach at the customer level
Ideal requirements for this task:
Completed vocational training as a plasterer or painter with several years of practical experience is a requirement; further training as a construction manager, foreman or similar is a plus
Initial sales experience as well as successfully completed further training as a sales specialist with federal diploma, technical specialist with federal diploma or similar is desirable
Enjoyment of sales and the consulting of construction technology problem solutions
Team player, success-oriented, ambitious and dynamic personality who thinks and acts entrepreneurially
Strong communication skills, professional and winning appearance as well as negotiation skills and a high degree of self-motivation and independence
