Your Mission After careful induction, you will take over your own service route and will be responsible for the independent and high-quality maintenance of our elevator systems. Your Concrete Contribution Execution of maintenance work, service assignments, and repairs according to specified quality and safety standards Ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with all regulations and guidelines Maintaining professional exchange with customers, contact persons, and end users Responsibility for the safety and flawless function of the assigned systems Proper management of the site environment during work Identifying and reporting additional repair needs including coordination with customers on site Creation of precise, timely service reports Participation in the periodic on-call service / fault service Your Added Value Completed training in the electrical or mechanical field Sound experience in the maintenance of elevators is mandatory Strong manual dexterity and an independent way of working Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) Enjoyment of customer contact as well as willingness to represent KONE professionally to the outside world Valid driver's license category B Flawless criminal record extract Residence in Switzerland (or foreign nationality with a valid residence permit) Your place of residence is at most 30 minutes from the city center of Bern.
