Technical Collaborator 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out handling work and moving administrative and industrial equipment
• Perform various routine maintenance work and intervene on tasks related to different building trades
• Ensure the monitoring and coordination of interventions by external companies and service providers
• Participate in housekeeping activities to ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure
• Manage equipment stocks and ensure their availability according to needs
• Ensure the good condition of equipment, premises and workspaces
• Respect safety instructions and current procedures during each intervention
• Collaborate with the various departments to respond effectively to operational needs

Profile

• CFC in a building or maintenance trade
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of building trades and solid experience in heavy handling
• Category B driving license indispensable, forklift license is an asset
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Autonomous, rigorous, discreet personality with good physical condition
• Versatility, sense of responsibility, team spirit, flexibility and ability to take initiative
