The Direction de l'immobilier (DI) has the missions to renovate and build real estate infrastructures, to manage, maintain, service and enhance the existing real estate portfolio, to be a committed actor in the ecological transition of the real estate heritage, and to cultivate operational excellence. In this capacity, it defines the real estate strategy of the HUG, conducts the implementation of the Schéma directeur hospitalier, and ensures the steering and coordination of major real estate projects. Process Project Manager \\- 80% to 100% The Direction de l'immobilier is recruiting, as part of the implementation of its strategy, a process-oriented project manager. In this capacity, you lead an approach aimed at formalizing business processes and optimizing activities, in order to strengthen operational performance and the quality of services. In this framework, you intervene transversally with teams to consolidate processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the readability and understanding of the services offered to internal clients. You analyze existing processes and identify irritants. You collect and analyze the evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose avenues for improvement. In a logic of alignment with the principles of the ISO 55001 standard relating to asset management, you identify the gaps between current practices and target needs and propose common standards. You model target processes. Finally, you propose and implement mechanisms for monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of performance. You evolve in a transversal environment and collaborate closely with all employees of the owner pole. In this capacity, you facilitate exchanges between the different stakeholders, promote collective intelligence, and ensure the proper appropriation of the defined processes. You provide methodological and organizational support to the heads of sectors and the Direction de l'immobilier and participate in the updating of processes. You know continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, the management and analysis of KPIs with problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa. You support change and contribute to the development of a culture of customer service and data-driven steering. Qualifications You hold a university degree at Master's level (or equivalent) in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field, completed by a certifying training in project management. You possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a complex environment. During your career, you have confirmed experience in the implementation of processes and the development of decision-support tools for activity steering. Through your experiences, you have developed strong analytical, synthesis, negotiation, and team-building skills. A certification in project management (HERMES.) is an asset. Practical knowledge of the ISO 55000 standard family and its associated frameworks, applied to a complex real estate heritage in operation, is desired. You demonstrate autonomy, great versatility, and a strong capacity for adaptation. Your organizational skills, your pedagogy, your pragmatism, and your ability to work in a complex environment are recognized skills. Good oral and written knowledge of English, in addition to the French which you master perfectly, is an asset.
