• Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of scaffolding installers
• Organize the assembly, disassembly and transformation work of scaffolding
• Ensure the proper execution of work according to plans and deadlines
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and current procedures
• Control the quality of installations and intervene in support of your team
• Actively participate in work on construction sites

Profile sought

• Proven experience as a scaffolding installer or scaffolding team leader
• Solid knowledge of scaffolding assembly and disassembly techniques
• Natural leadership and sense of organization
• Good physical condition and ease in working at heights
• Rigorous respect for safety rules
• Driving license desired
