Assistant warehouse worker

Depending on the type of accommodation (collective, individual):

• Actively participate in the transport of furniture and personal effects of applicants.
• Complete stock sheets.
• Organize and participate in activities for minor applicants: outings, matches, homework help, etc.
• Actively participate in the preparation of accommodation rented by the Hospice général for asylum applicants: cleaning, inspections, removal of damaged objects.
• Actively participate in small repair work (paint touch-ups, cleaning, clearing out accommodation)
• interior and exterior maintenance.
• Actively participate during supplier deliveries, setting up deliveries and removal of damaged objects.
• Good physical condition;
• Team spirit;
• Strong interest in direct contact with beneficiaries and multicultural environments;
• Good knowledge of the English language would be an asset;
• Driving license Cat. B desired.

Civil service is an alternative intended for persons liable for military service who cannot

reconcile this service with their conscience. They perform, upon request, a replacement civil service.

In order to be able to apply for the positions below, it is imperative to have completed all the steps with the civil service so that the latter recognizes you as a civilian.
