What awaits you In a team of four people, directly attached to the Management, you will autonomously process complex professional civil liability files, in particular for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, IT service providers Your area of responsibility will also include the processing of claims related to organ liability, cybercrime, and breach of trust Your activity will include in particular the clarification of facts, the legal evaluation of liability and insurance coverage, but also the conduct of negotiations with the injured parties and their legal representatives and, if necessary, the support of judicial proceedings In addition, you will provide support for underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and be required to make presentations at seminars What you bring You are proactive and have a team spirit, you know how to assert yourself and negotiate, the study of files is a challenge that you like to take up Thanks to your great analytical skills and your ability to quickly grasp complex problems, you are able to resolve them quickly You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage You are a lawyer and have a Swiss bar license, you have a few years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, the judicial field, or insurance) An affinity with IT as well as knowledge of civil liability law, company law, and accounting are a plus that will perfectly complement your profile What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
