On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior IAM Security & Resilience Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for strengthening the security, resilience, and continuity of identity and access management (IAM) infrastructures within a complex IT environment. Available occupancy rate between 80% to 100%.

Your mission

• Support IAM engineers and architects in the design and securing of identity, authentication, authorization, and federation infrastructures.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and security risks, coordinate remediation plans, and ensure the follow-up of actions with management.
• Maintain and evolve the resilience and continuity mechanisms of IAM services, by coordinating recovery tests and improvement measures with the relevant teams.
• Strengthen logging, monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities related to identities, notably through the ITDR (Identity Threat Detection and Response) approach.
• Supervise privileged access security (PAM), organize periodic rights reviews, and contribute to the management of the lifecycle of human and machine identities, secrets, keys, and certificates.

Your profile
----------

• Higher education in computer science (University Master's, EPF/HES engineering degree, federal diploma or equivalent), with confirmed senior experience in cybersecurity and the securing of IAM infrastructures.
• Proven experience in the security of IAM infrastructures, notably directories, authentication, authorization, and federation services, as well as a good command of hybrid environments: Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, and Cloud.
• Solid expertise in securing human and machine identities (user accounts, technical accounts, service accounts, application identities, and workloads), as well as their authentication mechanisms, with knowledge of PAM, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect solutions, and Zero Trust principles.
• Mastery of vulnerability and risk management, their qualification and prioritization, as well as a good understanding of the principles of resilience, continuity, and recovery of digital services, associated tests, and detection and response mechanisms for identity-related security incidents (ITDR).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and requirements (LPD, LIPAD, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS), combined with an excellent capacity for analysis, cross-functional coordination, and communication, with autonomy, rigor, and ease in multidisciplinary teams working remotely.
