(Senior) Consultant Data \& Analytics What to expect You think in results and not buzzwords and transform data and AI into revenue, efficiency and better sales experiences for our customers You advise at the interface of Business, Data \& Technology and work hand in hand with Software Engineers, IT\-Architects and Business Stakeholders You develop Data \& Analytics\- / AI\-strategies that do not end up in a drawer, but are implemented under your leadership You accompany implementations with our Tech\-colleagues and hold the threads together You strengthen Data Literacy at our customers, conduct trainings and create acceptance for changes You shape our expertise and our offering by creating content (whitepapers, offers, presentations), classifying trends and inspiring customers You work in lean, high-performance teams – remote and on-site at the customer in Switzerland As a Senior Consultant, you take over the independent management of large conceptual and technical projects with strategically important customers and actively help shape the offering in the field of Data and AI What you bring You have a university\- / Fachhochschule degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.) You bring >5 years of professional experience, including independent project management – ideally from consulting or from data-driven transformation programs in the financial industry You understand the basics of Data and AI: data models and -platforms, BI/Reporting, Data Governance and Data Management Frameworks, application areas of GenAI and ML, etc., without having to be an engineer yourself You know common tools and technologies in the Data \& Analytics and AI field and understand what their capabilities and application areas are Experience with specific technologies for data preparation and -visualization such as PowerBI, Data Bricks Delta Lake, Snowflake and Fabric is a plus You have already gained experience in Pre\-Sales and Sales and are motivated to further develop our service offering and establish it in the market You are a strategic and analytical thinker with strong conceptual, planning and communicative skills You are experienced in the management of various stakeholder groups, including C\-Level executives You are a good storyteller and can easily get to the point with complex matters in workshops and presentations You take responsibility and initiative, are collaborative and appreciate an open and constructive feedback culture You have impeccable German and English skills Preferably: Experience with modern AI-supported analysis and research tools such as AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot or similar We are looking for you – become part of our team Advise where data makes the difference – in Banking, Insurance, Public and Transportation.
