Tasks

• Takeover of a well-established and versatile mandate portfolio as part of a regulated succession with a planned handover phase
• Independent management and execution of limited and ordinary audits according to OR as well as Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
• Auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements in a broadly diversified client environment ranging from SMEs to international groups to foundations and organizations
• Processing of demanding consolidation topics as well as complex issues in accounting
• Direct consulting of clients on business, regulatory and corporate law topics
• Active maintenance and further development of existing client relationships with entrepreneurial scope for design
• Professional leadership and development of team members as well as support in their training

Profile

• Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer with several years of experience in leading audit mandates
• Sound knowledge of OR accounting as well as Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS an advantage
• Experience in the auditing of consolidated financial statements and consolidations
• Experience from a demanding environment such as Big Four or Big Five an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as enjoyment of real mandate responsibility
• High quality standards combined with pragmatism and customer orientation
• Confident communication in German as well as good English skills
