Head of IT-Services & Provider Management (80 - 100%) (m/w/d) Tradition for 175 years. The Spar- und Leihkasse Bucheggberg AG is a successful and independent regional bank with around 30 employees. In addition to the Bucheggberg district, the market area extends over the surrounding Solothurn–Biel–Bern region. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced personality for the management of our IT-Services area, starting immediately or by arrangement. Head of IT-Services & Provider Management (80-100%) (m/w/d) As Head of IT-Services & Provider Management, you are responsible for the strategic further development of our IT, information security, and the digital transformation of our bank. You ensure the secure, stable, and regulatorily compliant operation of the IT landscape and act as the central contact person for the executive management, external partners, and supervisory authorities. Your tasks Management of the IT for the entire bank with 30 employees and responsibility for the further development of the IT and information security organization Steering and monitoring of our IT partners: procurement, SLA monitoring, incident and escalation management, as well as change and release management Responsibility for the outsourcing management of the bank, including governance, risk monitoring, contract maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the outsourced services Implementation and management of IT projects within the framework of the Esprit network, as well as representation of the bank in specialist committees and working groups Responsibility for IT and ICT-related regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of outsourcing, operational risk, resilience, and cyber risk management Professional responsibility for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and operational resilience Advising the executive management on strategic questions regarding IT, information security, and digitalization Professional and personnel leadership of one employee in the IT area Your profile Several years of professional experience in the IT environment of a regulated financial institution Experience in the steering of outsourced IT services (outsourcing / provider management / BCM) Solid understanding of the IT governance of a bank (especially information security management as well as IT risk and control systems) Knowledge of relevant regulations, particularly outsourcing and operational risk & resilience We offer you A responsible management position with personnel leadership Direct access to the executive management and involvement in strategic decisions Short decision-making paths in a manageable, regionally anchored institution Attractive employment conditions and flexible working time models A modern workplace with long-term perspective as well as the possibility to work from home We look forward to your application.
